Policy
Booking
You are welcome to visit my home nail lab which is based out of Capital Heights. If you are feeling luxurious I can also travel to your home (travel fees apply). Email for booking. Please provide the following:

Villa Nail Lab is based out of Capital Heights and has a mobile travel range of 20 miles. For 20+ miles contact me to discuss.
Payment
Villa Nail Lab accepts payment via PayPal, Cash, Cash App and Zelle.
Deposit
At the time of booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is due for all parties of 3+.
Arrival
Text or call upon arrival. If mobile I will text or call upon arrival.
Tardiness
You will be given a 15min grace period, after your grace period has expired you will have to forfeit a service if time does not permit.

If time does not permit for your total services you will be subjected to a 25% rebooking fee and your appointment for that day will be cancelled
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All appointments must be canceled 24hr prior to your appointment to avoid penalty. You will be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee if this time period is not met. If this happens more than once you may not be able to rebook.
COVID Protocol
Please wait inside your car until your appointment time. There is no waiting inside due to COVID precautions.
